What can we do to help?

Bidit Online Experiences

  • You will get up to 2 bids to agree a price with the merchant. If you make 1 bid and its accepted - well done.

If your first bid is declined, you will get a chance to bid a final time. If this is accepted - well done.

If it is declined, you may get range of experiences from a counter offer, or a voucher, or a timer tell you when you can come back and bid again on this product.

  • It is the same experience, however, at the end of the bidding process if the merchant does not accept the price.

Instead of getting a voucher or timer after the end of a failed bid, the merchant may give you a counter offer. If you accept the merchants counter offer you get the product at that price.

  • The cart experience will enable customers to bundle products together, combining together to reach a certain price point. Once at that price point you will then be able to bid on the cart you have built.

Once the bidding process begins it is the same bidit style as the standard experience, but instead of bidding on one item you can bid on a whole cart of products you love.

  • After submitting the two bids. If the merchant does not accept the price, they may instead offer a voucher, such as a coupon code.
